Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments that explore clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources for effective treatment planning.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans to set measurable goals and interventions tailored to each client's unique experience.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, integrated care across disciplines.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups, fostering peer support and community connection among participants.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to ensure clients' immediate needs are addressed.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals who are in various stages of detoxification and recovery. You will work with clients navigating complex emotional and psychological challenges, which may include co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
