Hybrid Strategic Sales Incentive Manager

Wayfair

Wayfair is seeking a Compensation Manager to join our Global Compensation team in Boston. This hybrid role requires onsite presence Monday through Thursday and offers a focus on developing and optimizing incentive compensation programs for our Physical Retail vertical.
