Office Manager Dental Front Office

We are seeking an experienced dental professional to join our well-established, patient-focused private practice in Boston. We are a boutique dental office specializing in general dentistry, prosthodontics and periodontics. Our practice is known for providing personalized care in a welcoming environment. The candidate we are seeking should have previous Dental Office Manager experience with a thorough understanding of dental insurance, billing and collections. The candidate must exhibit excellent leadership, organizational and communications skills. Applicant must possess professional telephone etiquette and effectively handle patient inquires. An individual who can efficiently triage incoming patient calls to assess urgency and prioritize care.

The position requires the applicant to be honest and dependable. Personable with outstanding customer service skills and a team player who works well with others. We are seeking a candidate who is hardworking and passionate about creating a positive experience for both patients and co-workers.

Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dental practice. Manage business and administrative functions. Manage accounts receivables and collections. Lead and support the team while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Salary/Compensation: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour
