You’ll be at the heart of bringing innovative designs to life, directly influencing the final product and enhancing the customer experience. What You’ll Do Maintain and execute design aesthetics through consistent fit and construction, aligned with customer needs. Collaborate and influence cross-functional partners and vendors effectively. Translate design concepts into detailed specifications for costing and first prototypes. Leverage fit camps and maintain overall customer fit consistency across products. Troubleshoot and communicate fit issues promptly and clearly. Provide valuable input on fit & construction risk management strategies. Ensure both physical and digital samples comply with brand standards throughout the product creation process. What You’ll Bring Must-Have Qualifications: General understanding and practical application of garment construction, patternmaking, alterations, and grading. Well-versed in fit, construction, and quality standards. Strong understanding of brand, customer, and cost requirements. Understanding of PLM software or tech-pack management systems. Ability to assess complex situations and analyze data to recommend effective solutions. Demonstrated ability to be a strong collaborator and influencer.
