Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video conferencing to support clients in enhancing their mental health.

• Engage clients in discussions about their feelings and experiences to foster deeper self-awareness and insight into their relationships.

• Act as an advocate for clients by helping them to articulate goals and define steps to achieve them.

• Assess clients’ mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans employing evidence-based techniques grounded in your clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse clientele that has been carefully prescreened to ensure they exhibit low acuity. This means that you will be supporting individuals who are stable and seeking further enhancement of their mental well-being rather than crisis intervention. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An independent license to practice, specifically one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Please note, limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Proficient in making clinical evaluations, treatment decisions, and formulating individualized care plans.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, empathetic nature, and genuine ability to connect with clients on a personal level.

• Strong computer skills, with the ability to navigate various digital platforms and tools relevant to teletherapy.
