Home Sales Consultant

As a Home Sales Consultant, you will guide prospective clients through the custom home building process, presenting home designs, features, upgrades, and financing options. You will manage the sales process from initial inquiry through contract execution, collaborate with internal departments and lending partners to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience, and maintain accurate and detailed records using our CRM system and other internal tools. Delivering exceptional customer service that fosters referrals and repeat business is crucial, as is maintaining strong follow-up and pipeline management to maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the custom home building process, including presenting designs and financing options.
• Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to contract execution.
• Collaborate with internal departments and lending partners for an efficient customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and internal tools.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to foster referrals and repeat business.
• Maintain strong follow-up and pipeline management to maximize sales opportunities.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of successful sales experience.
• Ability to guide clients through multiple steps of the sales process.
• Strong speaking and writing skills.

Work Environment

Work hours are Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM. Saturdays from 10 AM to 5 PM and Sundays by appointment. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newport News, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $34.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
