Vice President of Construction Operations

The Vice President of Construction Operations will oversee and drive the success of the Orlando operations for a Top ENR Rated GC. This leadership role will involve managing teams, streamlining operations, and aligning construction initiatives with broader business objectives. One of Florida's top general contractors with offices throughout the state. Focusing on both large scale ground up projects and high end interior build outs Description Lead construction operations, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met. Oversee project managers and construction teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. Develop and implement operational strategies for improved efficiency and performance. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards across projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to align construction goals with business objectives. Monitor project progress and provide detailed reports to senior leadership. Manage resource allocation and resolve any operational challenges effectively. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within construction processes.
