Requirements Recruiting experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Dependable and accountable work ethic Positive, upbeat, and professional personality Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships Effective verbal and written communication skills Comfortable spending approximately 80% of the workday on the phone Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to learn and follow established recruiting processes Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities Job Duties Recruit and qualify candidates for open positions Conduct frequent phone outreach to prospective candidates Discuss job requirements, qualifications, and opportunities with applicants Build relationships with candidates and employees Communicate regularly with account managers and clients Match qualified candidates with appropriate job openings Manage multiple open positions and candidate pipelines Maintain accurate and organized recruiting information Follow established recruiting and placement processes Provide candidates with timely updates throughout the hiring process Take ownership of assigned positions and work toward established placement goals Support the department with additional responsibilities as experience grows Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
