Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, giving you the flexibility to deliver care to your clients from a comfortable setting. Despite being a remote position, you will have the opportunity to work out of our modern outpatient office in El Paso, Texas, when necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include working with couples in therapy, providing individual sessions as needed, and assessing the dynamics within families. You will provide expert guidance and support on a variety of issues, such as:

• Alcohol abuse and substance use disorders.
\n
• Addressing physical and psychological abuse concerns.
\n
• Navigating grief and loss challenges.
\n
• Facilitating conflict resolution among family members and siblings.
\n
• Providing assistance for job-related stress and medical issues affecting family dynamics.
\n
• Supporting blended families through remarriage and stepfamily adjustments.
\n
• Guiding clients through separations or divorces, including coping strategies for adjustment.
\n
• Enhancing communication skills within families to strengthen relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse patient population, including adults, child, and adolescent clients. Your expertise will enable you to tailor your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each family and individual, promoting healing and growth through personalized care plans. As a key player in our clinical team, you will not only address the emotional and behavioral health of clients but also contribute to their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for the LMFT position at Thrive Plus Inc. will meet the following qualifications:

• Must hold an active Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the State of Texas.

• Must possess a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
