This position may be based in either our North Andover or Marlborough office. In this role, you will support onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, HR reporting, and day-to-day HR operations. Qualities We Want in You Team player excellent written and verbal communicator tech savvy strategic thinker service-oriented motivated self-disciplined professional adaptable in a fast-paced environment works independently with minimal supervision strong work ethic detail-oriented organized dependable approachable supportive committed to continuous improvement trusted advisor strong desire to develop and support employees Responsibilities Human Resources Operations Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and workplace matters Support employee relations matters and provide guidance to managers and employees Assist with talent acquisition, interviews, and on-site onboarding of new team members Assist with performance management processes, employee development initiatives, and engagement programs Coordinate benefits administration, enrollments, updates, and employee communications Support immigration compliance and work authorization processes Administer HR programs, policies, and procedures while ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws Support the employee-facing SharePoint site and HR communications Assist with handbook updates, policy development, and process improvements Generate HR reports, audits, and workforce metrics as needed Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems Office Administration & Employee Support Assist with office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination Coordinate employee meetings, events, recognition programs, and company activities Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives Perform other duties as assigned What We Require Education Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience Experience with benefit administration Experience supporting multiple HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, and compliance Experience in a technology or professional services environment preferred Skills Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment practices, and applicable employment laws Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems; Paylocity experience is a plus Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization High degree of professionalism and customer-service orientation Candidates are required to complete a drug test and background check #J-18808-Ljbffr
