Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will carry out a diverse array of responsibilities that are pivotal to our clients’ recovery and stability:

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans that align with the clients' goals and promote recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of adults aged 18 and older who are experiencing various mental health issues impacting their ability to thrive in the community. By employing a client-centered focus, you will work closely with them to establish trust and encourage open dialogue, ultimately fostering an environment conducive to healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
\n
• A valid and current state license as specified by the appropriate licensing board, including but not limited to Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• The ability to practice independently without supervision and maintain a clean disciplinary record regarding your licensure.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in providing direct clinical services to individuals with mental health needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that allow for effective communication and rapport-building with clients.

• Proficiency in computer skills and a reliable Wi-Fi connection to access necessary systems for remote work.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
