HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Founding U.S. Account Executive – Agentic AI to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this enterprise SaaS sales role supporting the expansion of an AI-native B2B software company entering the U.S. market.

Position Overview

The Founding U.S. Account Executive will be responsible for establishing and expanding the company's enterprise customer base within the United States. This role requires a SaaS sales professional capable of managing the entire sales cycle while also contributing to the early development of repeatable go-to-market processes.

The position involves engaging mid-market and enterprise organizations, building pipeline through outbound prospecting, and leading consultative sales discussions with senior decision-makers across operational functions. The role requires strong ownership, the ability to work within a startup environment, and experience selling enterprise software solutions.

Candidates must demonstrate a track record of building pipeline independently, executing structured sales cycles, and successfully closing enterprise-level SaaS deals.

Core Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle for the company's AI platform across U.S. mid-market and enterprise organizations
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within companies ranging from 500 to 5,000 employees
  • Generate and manage pipeline through consistent outbound prospecting efforts
  • Conduct consultative discovery meetings with senior leaders across HR, Finance, and Operations
  • Deliver product demonstrations and lead commercial discussions through contract execution
  • Collaborate closely with founders and product leadership to share market insights and refine sales strategy
  • Build relationships with prospective customers through meetings, industry events, and in-person engagements
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting processes
  • Contribute to the development of scalable sales messaging and go-to-market frameworks
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

Candidates must meet all of the following requirements to be considered for interview:

  • 4–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals valued at $100K+ ARR
  • Experience working within early-stage or high-growth startup environments
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Strong consultative sales approach when engaging senior business leaders
  • Experience managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership expectations
  • Stable career progression with no pattern of job hopping

Candidates with less than 18 months of tenure at their last three positions will not be considered. Candidates whose experience is limited to large enterprise technology companies without startup experience will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are strongly preferred:

  • Experience selling HR technology platforms
  • Experience selling AI-driven or agent-based software solutions
  • Prior experience working as an early employee within a startup organization
  • Entrepreneurial experience such as founding a company or helping build an early-stage product team
  • Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a business-focused manner

HireNow Staffing is seeking a high-performing SaaS sales professional with startup experience and a strong outbound sales discipline. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Consistent success closing six-figure SaaS deals
  • Experience working in early-stage or venture-backed startups
  • Ability to independently generate pipeline and drive opportunities forward
  • Confidence engaging senior decision-makers and navigating consultative enterprise sales conversations
  • Strong communication skills and disciplined sales execution
  • Long-term career growth within startup sales environments rather than frequent job changes

Candidates who combine enterprise SaaS sales performance, startup adaptability, and outbound prospecting discipline will align most closely with this role.

Package Details

Work Location: Hybrid schedule (4 days onsite) in San Francisco, California

Base Salary: $100,000 – $125,000

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000 – $250,000

Equity Participation: Included

  • Health, dental, and vision coverage
  • 25 days of paid time off plus public holidays
  • Learning and development budget
  • Enhanced parental leave (up to 16 weeks for primary caregivers and 4 weeks for secondary caregivers)
