HR Generalist
An innovative plastic injection molding company is looking for an HR Generalist to provide Human Resources support for a plastic injection molding facility. If you are a talented HR Professional looking for an opportunity to work hands-on and influence a growing organization, this role is for you!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new employees
- Manage HRIS system and Employee Attendance Point Program
- Provide administrative support for the HR Manager
- Complete other HR Tasks
- Learn and complete the company payroll system
- Continuous improvement idea generation and implementation
- Encourage and help all employees
- Foster a team approach and problem resolution.
Experience and Skills:
- 2 years experience in Human Resources Manufacturing setting, preferred
Education:
- High School (required), Associate in HR a plus
