800 Billable Hour Minimum, with hours based bonus 

I'm partnering with a highly regarded Seattle family law practice that is seeking to add Family Law Associates to its growing team. The firm is open to speaking with attorneys at varying experience levels, including those looking to build a long-term career in family law.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a variety of family law matters
• Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and court proceedings
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Manage discovery and case preparation
• Advise clients throughout all stages of their matters
• Participate in networking, bar activities, and practice development

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active Washington State Bar license in good standing
• Strong writing, research, and client-facing skills
• Mediation experience preferred
• Trial experience is a plus but not required
• Family law experience preferred; attorneys from other practice areas with a genuine interest in family law are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $72,000-$132,000, depending on experience
• Quarterly bonus opportunities
