Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for shadowing and supporting leading sales reps as they manage high-priority accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong sales background who is looking to develop further by learning from experienced professionals while contributing to the overall success of the team.

Your focus will be on helping our sales reps manage their workload, allowing them to concentrate on closing deals and building strategies. As you gain experience, you will have opportunities to manage parts of the sales process independently and contribute to the growth of our sales operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist leading sales reps in managing their daily workload, including handling email communications and responses
• Coordinate meetings and manage schedules to ensure the sales team can focus on high-value tasks
• Prepare relevant and up-to-date sales materials (e.g., presentations, one-pagers) for client meetings
• Ensure timely follow-up with leads and maintain engagement through the sales process
• Maintain and update all meeting logs and deals within HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking and categorization
• Ensure that every lead and prospect receives follow-up communication within 4 business days
• Manage and maintain an organized pipeline, ensuring all data is current and readily accessible to the sales team
• Participate in sales calls with senior reps, gradually taking on more responsibility in handling client interactions
• Help progress deals by identifying client needs and preparing relevant sales collateral
• Shadow senior reps in client meetings to gain insights into strategic sales practices

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot or Salesforce an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work proactively and independently while collaborating effectively with team members
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Native English
