This position is conducted entirely remotely, providing flexibility while maintaining an efficient and therapeutic environment for both clients and therapists. As an outpatient practice, our therapists can connect with clients through various digital platforms, utilizing tools like teletherapy software and secure communication channels to create a supportive space for therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions focusing on client-specific needs and goals, utilizing culturally responsive techniques to enhance overall therapeutic outcomes.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions to help partners navigate relationship challenges by improving communication patterns and addressing underlying issues.

• Engage with families to provide therapy that fosters healthy interactions, addressing dynamics that may contribute to distress.

• Assess and diagnose mental health concerns through comprehensive evaluations, ensuring accurate identification of client needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that adapt to client progress and emerging challenges, utilizing a combination of therapeutic methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and family systems therapy.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure holistic care for shared clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, and families, covering a wide spectrum of mental health issues. Clients may present with challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, parenting concerns, and more. Your approach will be geared towards establishing trust and rapport, enabling you to effectively support clients through their respective journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapy practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and education.
