Qualifications What we’re looking for We’re looking for a Sous Chef who brings energy, creativity, and a passion for developing others. You’ll Ideally Have Experience working in a fresh food kitchen environment A passion for seasonal ingredients and creative menu development The confidence to contribute ideas and collaborate on dishes Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain consistency during busy services The patience and enthusiasm to teach, coach, and support junior chefs The ability to stay calm under pressure and lead by example A genuine drive to deliver high standards every day This role would suit someone who enjoys being involved, sharing ideas, and helping build a positive kitchen culture.
