Before becoming an agent, I worked in banking and logistics, which gave me a strong foundation in business and customer service. I'm married to Allison, and we have two sons—one currently in college at USC and the other living in Tampa, Florida. In my free time, I love spending time on my boat, fishing, and traveling to National and State Parks. Our office culture is laid back but built on accountability. Producers have the freedom to work how they want as long as they meet our office standards. Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
