Accounts payable specialist

Our client is on the lookout for an organized, detail-focused Accounts Payable Associate to become a key player on their finance team. You will drive the accurate and efficient processing of invoices, subcontractor payments, and vendor inquiries. If you have a solid background in AP, pride yourself on precision, and love collaborating across different departments (like operations and finance), we want to hear from you!
salary: $27 - $30 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices - Check, Wire, ACH.
- Work closely with subcontractors and vendors - resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Maintaim AP reporting.
- Support the accounting manager with daily financial activities.
- Assist with monthly/annual reporting and financial statements.
