Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans for each client, setting measurable goals and conducting regular progress assessments to ensure effective outcomes.

• Support clients in managing and overcoming challenges, such as trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts, by offering ongoing emotional support and practical strategies.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that foster connection, personal growth, and mutual support among participants.

• Actively pursue opportunities to enhance clinical skills and attain further certifications in specialized areas such as trauma, addiction, or grief counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The mental health counselor will work with a diverse client population encompassing individuals, families, and groups dealing with a range of mental health issues. Compensation and Benefits\n
