Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing consultations to address both pre-crisis and crisis situations for clients.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client needs, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance clients' quality of life.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring our clinic meets all operational standards.

• Serve as a key liaison among various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate access to needed resources.

• Maintain strong communication lines with stakeholders to uphold our mission and meet contractual obligations.

• Engage with community agencies and organizations to promote initiatives, secure funding, and build partnerships that enhance service delivery.

• Commit to ongoing professional development through attendance at conferences, training sessions, and statewide committees relevant to mental health.

• Promote the values and principles of Pathfinder Counseling Services in all interactions and initiatives.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to a cohesive and effective team environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Pathfinder Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals dealing with emotional distress, substance use issues, developmental disabilities, and brain injuries. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Possession of a current LMHC License from the state board in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
