Positioned at the intersection of enterprise scale and modern product innovation, this role offers the unique opportunity to leverage the power and stability of Booz Allen while actively building, scaling, and shaping pricing strategy within a dynamic, high-growth business unit.
As the Market Product Pricing Lead , you will serve as a strategic monetization architect. You will design, structure, and operationalize pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies for Booz Allen’s cutting-edge Market Product portfolio across Cyber Defense, AI, Data, and Cloud solutions. Working as a consultative business partner to Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Executive Leadership, you will translate technical innovation into high-margin, commercially viable, and scalable offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Monetization & Offer Architecture: Define end-to-end pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies across SaaS, usage-based, capacity-based, outcome-based, and hybrid commercial models.
- Product Structuring: Establish core product units, pricing metrics, tiers, bundles, add-ons, and customer expansion paths. Clearly distinguish standard product support from high-touch professional services and custom implementations.
- Financial Modeling & Analytics: Build data-driven pricing, margin, scenario, and business-case models to evaluate willingness-to-pay, market positioning, and cost-to-serve.
- Go-to-Market Alignment: Partner across Product, Sales, Finance, and Contracts to validate offer viability, support product launches, and develop sales enablement collateral for large Enterprise customers.
- Tooling & Systems Collaboration: Provide input into commercial systems—including CRMs (Microsoft Dynamics), CPQ platforms (Salesforce/Conga), Billing (Zuora), ERPs (Oracle/SAP), and future CLM rollouts—to ensure seamless pricing catalog integration.
Candidate Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in product pricing, monetization strategy, product commercialization, or financial strategy within enterprise technology environments.
- Industry Background: Strong preference for candidates coming from Cyber Defense, Technology, Private Equity (PE), Private Credit (PC), VC-backed tech firms, or top-tier aerospace/defense contractors (e.g., Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin). High-growth startup experience is strongly welcomed.
- Systems Familiarity: Experience using enterprise CRMs (Microsoft Dynamics is a strong plus), with foundational awareness of CPQ (Salesforce/Conga), Billing (Zuora), or ERP environments (SAP/Oracle).
- Core Competencies: Advanced financial modeling, market segmentation, and ability to present strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is strictly required.
