Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and intake interviews to evaluate clients' psychological, emotional, and social needs.

• Ensure timely and empathetic follow-up with clients on their scheduled appointments, fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW at Northridge Therapeutic Clinic will be working primarily with children, adolescents, and families dealing with a variety of behavioral health issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
