Staff Accountant

What You''ll Do Prepare and post journal entries. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Review invoices and ensure accurate coding. Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation. Assist with account analysis and financial reporting. Help identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues. Support audits and other accounting projects as needed. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial information. Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. 0–2 years of accounting experience (internships are welcomed). Strong understanding of accounting principles, including debits and credits. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Microsoft Great Plains (Dynamics GP) is a plus, but not required. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
