You'll support Account Directors on strategic initiatives while leading the execution of project deliverables, serving as a key client liaison to ensure work is delivered efficiently, on time, and at a high standard of excellence.What you'll be doing:Manage multiple mid-size clients and their experiential marketing portfoliosServe as the primary point of contact for client communication and project deliverablesCollaborate with global estimating, field services, operations teams, and fulfillment centersPrepare proposals, correspondence, workback schedules, and project plansEnsure all projects meet deadlines, show rules, and quality standardsTravel approximately 20% to support client activationsMaintain accurate project and financial records in internal systemsEnsure consistent delivery of ?40% gross margin on projectsSupport estimating, proposals, invoicing, and timely follow-up on unpaid invoicesContinue developing your skill set while contributing to team growthProactively identify opportunities to strengthen client relationshipsParticipate in internal brainstorming sessions, sales pitches, and capabilities presentationsIf you can do all that, you have what it takes.
