Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing a strengths-based and culturally sensitive approach to foster client engagement and healing.

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments to identify client needs and collaborate with them to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Provide case management services, including making appropriate referrals and connecting clients with community resources, addressing both mental health and social service needs.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and adhere to all ethical, clinical, and state licensing regulations ensuring up-to-date compliance with standards.

• Engage in regular clinical team meetings, offering insights during peer consultations to improve collective care strategies.

• Assist clients during crisis situations and coordinate care with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve working with adults dealing with a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

• Current LCSW license in Nevada, or eligibility for licensing within 90 days of hiring.
