Location: 3 Penn Plaza East, Newark - ONSITE DAY ONE needs to be in office for 10 days in a month
Duration: 10 months
Local to NJ they have to join office starting 4/11/2022
Business Analyst Level 2
Experience/Skillset:
- 8+ years of experience as a Senior Business System Analyst is required
- At least 3 years of experience in the health insurance industry is required
- Can manage projects of medium to large size and complexity with minimal guidance from the Business Analyst Level 3 and above, and relationship managers
- SME Knowledge of more than one payor domains such as Membership, Claims, Benefits, Pricing, Vendor Delegation etc.
- Must be well versed and able to drive typical BSA deliverables like BRD, RTM, User Stories etc.
- Must be well conversant with SDLC processes and methodologies
- Self-starter with strong communication, presentation, relationship building and strategic analytical skills
- Strong time management, goal setting and task prioritization abilities
- Minimum requirement of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
