This full-time position centers around a co-teaching model, working closely with a collaborative team of three educators to provide inclusive, personalized instruction and ensure every student receives the individualized support they deserve.

In this role, you’ll engage in IEP development, implement evidence-based teaching techniques, closely monitor student progress, and maintain proactive communication with parents and guardians. The approximate caseload consists of 20 students, fostering meaningful connections and effective interventions. Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification for Pennsylvania
• Experience working in a middle school or 6th-grade environment preferred
