The People Concern
The People Concern is seeking an ODR Project Based Housing Case Manager to support clients recently released from jail as they transition into permanent supportive housing in the greater Los Angeles area. The role focuses on intensive case management, linking clients with health, housing, and community resources, and promoting independent living skills.
