Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health to identify needs and inform personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities to meet client goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team during regular staff meetings and case consultations to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Document treatment progress meticulously in compliance with ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Remain actively involved in continuing education opportunities, keeping abreast of new therapeutic techniques and trends affecting the mental health field.

• Provide teletherapy services to accommodate clients who prefer virtual sessions or have mobility challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current and valid state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
