This position allows for a flexible and remote work environment. Therapists can work from the comfort of their homes or another location of their choice, participating in telehealth services. In addition, our outpatient office setting allows for periodic in-person group sessions, enhancing collaborative treatment strategies among therapists and clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct outpatient mental health assessments, including diagnostic examinations, treatment planning, and ongoing psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families.

• Provide tailored therapy approaches such as crisis intervention, cognitive behavioral therapy, and family therapy, addressing the unique needs of each patient.

• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively, ensuring high-quality virtual treatment delivery and maintaining electronic health records for proper case management.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including psychiatrists and psychologists to develop comprehensive and holistic treatment plans.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings, contributing insights and experiences to enhance care delivery.

• Manage the necessary documentation, including treatment notes and progress reports, while ensuring compliance with all licensing and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must hold a valid LMFT license (or equivalent Psy.D) to practice in the state of Texas.

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in providing psychotherapy services.

• Demonstrated competency and comfort in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) or similar therapeutic modalities is a plus.

• Familiarity with a range of evidence-based treatment modalities for various demographics, including children, adolescents, and adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000–100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
