Business Manager Consultant

We're on the lookout for a diverse range of talents to join our consultant roster, which we'll use for both current and upcoming client projects. As a Business Manager Consultant for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following: Driving business direction and responsibility for leadership team to manage the planning process ensuring coordination with corporate planning processes as well as planning integration across the broader organization. Executing business plans to ensure continuation of business operations at all times, including in adverse conditions, in accordance with corporate governance. Setting best practices for strategy leveraging consolidated information, advocating for business cases, and presenting cases to leader and business partners. Leveraging knowledge of organizational strategy and planned deliverables for the upcoming year(s) to design budgets. Monitoring team/organization health and supporting the leader in responding to team culture issues, as well as leading culture initiatives. You have: 6+ years' experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles. Relevant experience with engineering environments working on rhythm-of-business activities, business operations, business management, finance, or other similar environments. Demonstrated expertise in both Excel and Power BI, including proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and visualization techniques. You might also have: 3+ years technology/process improvement experience. Proven track record of managing all aspects of a product lifecycle by working across multiple stakeholders. The compensation for this position is tailored to reflect your unique skill set, relevant experience, and the current dynamics of the job market. We strive to ensure that our compensation package is competitive and fair, taking into account various factors to provide a rewarding opportunity for our team members.
