Business Development Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the gaming and entertainment industry, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be part of the Business Operations supporting strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Redmond, WA

Pay Range: $38-$41

What's the Job?

• Partner with leadership to establish and maintain a strong Rhythm of the Business, ensuring operational efficiency and clear priorities.
• Lead end-to-end planning processes, aligning with corporate cycles and broader organizational goals.
• Coordinate weekly leadership meetings, including agenda development, content management, and tracking decisions and follow-up actions.
• Support day-to-day business operations, including planning, execution tracking, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with finance to manage budgets, forecasts, and headcount, ensuring transparency and financial discipline.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business planning, operations, or strategy roles.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
