Role Summary: As a Business Manager, you will support the day‑to‑day operations and planning of the SMB team, assisting with budget management, travel coordination, hiring, and onboarding activities. You will play a crucial role in supporting the success of the team and its initiatives. 4. What are the key responsibilities? Lead PCN Management and headcount tracking across the broader team. Support the internal continuation of business operations during all times, including periods of change or special circumstances through tactical execution of continuity plans. Support the annual budget process under the direction of others. Track the use of role‑based compliance trainings and new trainings, as well as collaborate on culture initiatives. Contribute to cross‑team projects as needed to meet the changing business environment. Partner with the communications team to land internal content such as email cascades. 5. What experience are we looking for to drive success? MUST‑Have Skills and Qualifications: 8‑10 years overall experience in the field. Strong written communication skills, with experience creating newsletters and professional emails. Experience supporting a large team, ideally a global team. Experience with Microsoft suite (Excel, Power BI) and a willingness to learn CoPilot if not already familiar. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or data certification (e.g., Power BI or Excel certification). Previous Microsoft experience, business management or generalist background, office management, and experience working in a high‑speed environment. 6.
