Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Provide ongoing consultation and support related to behavioral assessments, crisis intervention, risk management plans, and positive behavior support strategies.

• Ensure timely completion of required documentation to comply with regulatory standards while utilizing evidence-based screening tools as indicated by the clinical team.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure an integrated approach to care, focusing on the cultivation of positive behavior support plans for clients.

• Represent clients' needs effectively as a liaison among service systems, state agencies, and community partners.

• Engage actively in agency licensing and accreditation processes and maintain open lines of communication with external partners to enhance service delivery.

• Pursue opportunities for personal and professional development, including attending conferences, representing Genesis Health Clinic at events, and participating in statewide task forces relevant to your expertise.

• Contribute to the agency's mission by promoting its values in your practice and throughout the community.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to the evolving needs of the clinic.
