Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating discussions and exercises that drive healing and personal growth among participants.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, following best practices in record-keeping.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is essential.
