Hospitalist Physician Assistant (Nocturnist) | Competitive Compensation of $145,000!

Local Team Collaboration We take pride in our well‑established team at Texas Health Presbyterian Dallas consisting of 45 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers (APPs), with support from a clinical performance nurse, a clinical performance associate, and a group coordinator. Work alongside a diverse group of professionals from around the world. We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining strong relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups. Qualifications Board‑certified or eligible physician assistant Open to new graduates Authorized to work in the United States Scheduling This is a full‑time nocturnist position with a 7‑nights‑on, 7‑days‑off rotation. The role requires working exclusively overnight shifts, and the schedule is designed to allow a healthy work‑life balance. The team covers for each other when anyone is out, ensuring you can enjoy time off without worry. Key Responsibilities For the first 4–6 hours, a remote APP takes the pager call from home. If a bedside evaluation is needed, they forward the message to the in‑house night APP. The in‑house APP makes patient assignments for all the docs the next day. Average of 3–5 bedside calls a night and approximately 50 pager messages. Closed ICU with 24/7 intensivist on staff and excellent sub‑specialty backup. No procedures required.
