Sanitation Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Sanitation Manager to lead a sanitation team in a food processing environment in Sussex County Delaware. This is a full-time leadership opportunity for a hands-on sanitation professional who understands manufacturing environments and knows how to build, motivate, and develop a strong team. What You’ll Do Lead, mentor, supervise, and motivate sanitation team members. Provide training and development to improve team performance and growth. Ensure compliance with safety, security, GMP, sanitation, and company policies. Communicate performance expectations and recognize team accomplishments. Address performance concerns and enforce company policies consistently. Build positive relationships with employees while promoting strong attendance, work ethic, and teamwork. Help ensure the facility is clean and ready for production to begin as scheduled. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required. 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment , preferably meat processing. Prior sanitation experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. English reading and writing skills required. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required. Strong interpersonal and people-management skills. Proficient computer and analytical skills.
