Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and challenges. Create and implement individualized treatment plans using modalities tailored to support personal growth. Establish therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor their progress towards these goals. Provide individual therapy sessions through teletherapy, addressing issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality care. Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings to enhance therapeutic practices and share insights. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse client population, addressing an array of mental health concerns. Qualifications Current, valid state license as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD is required. A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for building rapport with clients. Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients. Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads. Preferred Experience Experience providing teletherapy or virtual counseling services is advantageous. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and tools. Previous experience in a private practice setting where collaboration among professionals is emphasized.
