Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of infants and toddlers, focusing on their developmental needs and family dynamics.

• Play an active role in developing, implementing, and evaluating Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring strategies to meet each child's unique needs.

• Monitor and document outcomes through regular team meetings and discussions to ensure the continuous improvement of care provided.

• Facilitate family support sessions, equipping families with vital information and resources to enhance their child’s development.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Principles to create engaging learning experiences.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations to uphold the highest standards of service delivery.

• Foster positive relationships with children and their families to create a supportive and trusting atmosphere conducive to learning.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, contributing your expertise to shape effective treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays, bolstered by a commitment to early intervention strategies. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) through the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license is preferred for occasional onsite evaluations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
