Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to work with a stable and growing organization Collaborative and supportive team environment Exposure to a variety of accounting functions and financial reporting processes Career growth and professional development opportunities Key Responsibilities - GL Accountant Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger Perform monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records Support financial statement preparation and reporting activities Analyze account activity and provide recommendations for process improvements Assist with audits and provide required documentation Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies Qualifications - GL Accountant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2+ years of general ledger accounting experience preferred Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles Experience with account reconciliations and financial reporting Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines CPA designation or progress toward certification is a plus #INAUG2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr
