Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to gauge clients’ mental health conditions and needs, ensuring the development of accurate treatment plans.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that may incorporate traditional therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and innovative practices tailored to individual client requirements.

• Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes utilizing appropriate tools and documentation methods to ensure continuity of care.

• Stay up-to-date with current research and advancements in the mental health field and apply relevant findings to improve therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We value the contributions of our team members and offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 for full-time therapists.
