We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals with strong communication skills to join a fast-paced customer accounts team.

Schedule

• Must be available to work either:
• 8:00 AM 5:00 PM , or
• 11:00 AM 8:00 PM
• Required to work 23 Saturdays per month ( Saturday hours: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM)
• Overtime pay applies
• Schedule flexibility is required based on business needs

Position Overview

In this role, you will communicate with customers regarding accounts that are past due, helping them identify solutions and bring accounts current. This is a high-volume phone-based position that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls regarding accounts that are 529 days past due
• Manage approximately 200+ calls per day
• Identify the root cause of account delinquency and work with customers to find appropriate solutions
• Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Provide exceptional customer service during challenging conversations
• Accurately document customer interactions and account updates
• Contribute to team performance goals and delinquency management objectives
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, including talking and typing simultaneously
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a phone-based environment for full shifts
• Ability to remain professional under pressure

Preferred:

• Bilingual Spanish
• Experience in customer service, call centers, retail, hospitality, banking, collections, or other customer-facing roles
