Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions effectively, customizing each approach based on the specific needs of clients and employing therapeutic techniques aligned with evidence-based practices.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Director to develop and initiate innovative therapeutic programs, enhancing the care delivered to our diverse client demographics.

• Engage in communication during credentialing processes as well as interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance collective therapeutic efforts and ensure comprehensive client care.

• Utilize approved monitoring systems to track and document treatment outcomes, ensuring that adjustments can be made for continual improvement in patient care.

• Collect feedback from clients and employ adaptive strategies to increase the efficacy of therapeutic interventions and enhance overall services.

• Support additional responsibilities as needed, contributing to a team-based approach to client care and organizational objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families across various age groups and backgrounds, helping them navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Professional Counseling or closely related field from an accredited institution.
