Step into an exciting opportunity supporting students’ growth and communication skills as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a dynamic school setting. Whether you're an SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY, this contract position is ideal for professionals passionate about fostering language and speech development in PreK through 5th grade. With two openings available, you’ll help shape the academic journey for students at the elementary level, making a tangible difference every day.
Current needs include placements at two vibrant elementary campuses: one site provides services to a caseload of approximately 40 students, while the second offers the chance to impact around 50 children. You’ll collaborate with dedicated educators, tailor interventions, and witness your students’ progress firsthand.
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid SLP-CCC or eligibility as an SLP-CFY
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience with PreK–5th grade populations preferred
- Strong background in pediatric speech/language disorders
- Familiarity with schools-based and teletherapy service delivery
- Effective collaboration and communication abilities
- Ability to thrive independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized therapy plans
- Deliver evidence-based interventions for students with speech and language needs
- Maintain accurate documentation per district and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to achieve student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to IEP development
- Offer both in-person and teletherapy services as required
