Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with progression towards ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment duration.
