Description – Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond—following established guidelines.
• Evaluate test results for precision, address discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis when required.
• Meticulously document all lab processes, mentor new team members or interns, and contribute to maintaining laboratory quality standards.
• Uphold a sterile, secure workspace, while complying with necessary regulatory and accreditation conditions.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain an active certification throughout your tenure with us.
