Description - Your Role in Our Mission

• Conduct a range of routine and complex clinical laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-adhering strictly to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, identify potential errors, and perform essential maintenance and calibration on lab instruments.
• Support the team with specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Maintain meticulous documentation for all procedures conducted, mentor new staff or interns, and contribute to upholding the highest lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Education

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or possess an equivalent allied health degree alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your career with us.
