Seasonal Data Entry and Order Processing

Seasonal Data Entry and Order Processing Duties: Enter new and updated customer and account information into the database. Prepare source data for entry by compiling, sorting, and verifying information. Process data lists into a variety of order entry applications. Verify customer, account, and order data entry by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data. Maintain customer confidence and ensure information security by keeping information confidential according to department security protocols. Work with Customer Service and Corporate Sales Teams. Perform necessary administrative work to maintain a functional customer service center, including faxing, filing, shredding documents, and emailing receipts to customers. Contribute to the team effort by assisting in other departments as needed. Requirements: Accurate data entry skills with extensive data sheet experience. Strong attention to detail. Spelling and grammar proficiency. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer. Flexibility to work additional hours, including Saturdays and Sundays, as needed.
