Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the unique dynamics of each client or family.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, tailoring approaches to address specific needs.
\n
• Specialize in dealing with various issues including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflict, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Develop and implement treatment plans that promote positive change, resilience, and healing within the client family dynamics.
\n
• Utilize both telemedicine and in-person session options to provide flexible healthcare solutions.
\n
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development opportunities to ensure continuous excellence in care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. Your focus will encompass family systems and individual challenges, supporting clients with issues ranging from blended family adjustments to issues relating to job stress and physical health complications.

Qualifications\n

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We believe in rewarding our therapists competitively. This position offers an annual salary in the range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 , coupled with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
